Refund/Return Policy:

We want you to love what you've purchased! But if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy!

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you would like to return or exchange it, please contact us any time within a week of receiving the item and we will provide you with a return address and you will receive a refund within 3 business days of us "receiving the returned item" by sending an email to rofielty@gmail.com.

*Please note that we have multiple warehouses, so the return address and company address are sometimes different. You must return the package to our designated return address after obtaining the eligibility for return. If the goods are returned without authorization, we are not responsible for the refusal, loss, damage and other problems of the package.

All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 4 days of you receiving them. Returns can only be accepted on products that are unopened, unused, in good condition or with the label still attached to the package. We will only accept returns in the same condition as the ones we sent.

When returning items, please ensure that you pack your items securely. Any items returned to us damaged in the mail and due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store balance.

(3) Please allow us 2-3 weeks processing time to process an exchange or refund. Our factory manager will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if the problem is a manufacturing defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.

Shipping Lost:

We only use USPS, UPS, FEDEX top service shipping companies. Please check the package when it arrives. Please do not sign for any damaged packages. It is your responsibility to personally sign for the delivery and to inspect the package before signing. If you notice that the package is broken, please have the delivery person file a shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping box number and we will help you get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
