5. After inspection, your exchanged product will be shipped within 7 working days.

Return and Refund Request:

Transportation Loss:
We only use USPS, UPS, FEDEX top service shipping companies. If any item or package is lost, please follow the steps below.
(1) Email us your order number and logistics order number.

(2) We will work with the carrier to find your item, which will take about 7 business days. If your item is found, we will continue to deliver it to your location.

Damaged or broken during transportation:
(1) Do not sign for any damaged package. If you find a damaged package, please immediately ask the courier to file a shipping damage claim and clearly indicate it on the delivery note before signing.
(2) Take photos of the damaged item and packaging, save the damaged packaging materials for inspection, and write down the shipping box number.
(3) Keep a copy of the delivery receipt.
(4) Please contact us by email within 2 business days with your order information, damage photos and shipping box number. We will help you obtain compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
