Shipping Loss:

Damage or increase during transportation:
(1) Do not sign any invoices. If you find an invoice, please immediately ask the courier to submit a transportation damage report and sign on the label on the bill of lading before receiving the goods.
(2) Take photos of the goods and packaging, keep the invoice packaging materials for inspection, and write down the shipping box number.
(3) Keep the invoice on the bill of lading.
(4) Please contact us by email within 2 working days to provide your order information, counting photos and shipping box number. We will expedite your assistance in obtaining compensation from the transportation company.
