Shipping Policy

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible and to provide you with the best possible service, here are some tips for online checkout.

- Make sure your shipping address is correct.

- Businesses operating outside of a residence will be considered a residential address and any delivery charges will be charged as such.

- When placing an order online, provide an accurate phone number. If something goes wrong with your shipment, we need the best way to get in touch with you. The courier company will usually call ahead to confirm that someone will be at your location to accept the delivery. If the carrier cannot reach you, they may not be able to deliver your shipment.

Delivery/Shipping time:

- We will process your order and deliver it to the warehouse within 48 hours. Please note that it usually takes 3-5 days for delivery, as shipping times may vary from region to region. If your delivery date falls during a holiday, it may take an extra day.

Check your order and shipment:

- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 If you have any questions or encounter any issues with tracking your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Multiple packages:

We will ship your order,and because the packages are too large and too many, sometimes you may receive more than one shipment, but we will not charge you more.

Damaged/lost/missing items:

If any item or package is damaged or missing, or if you have any suspicion of possible damage, you must perform the following steps.

- Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing for it

- Keep a copy of your delivery receipt

- Contact us within 2 business days

- Save the damaged packaging material for inspection

- Take photos of damaged items and packaging

It is rare for our freight companies to lose shipments. In such cases, our first priority is to locate your items, and we will work with the carrier to do so. If your shipment is located, we will proceed with delivery to your location. Cargo inspection with the carrier will take approximately 2-7 business days to complete, and if the shipment is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
